ABOUT EFI
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in California with over 15 years of experience providing therapy and support to children, teens, adults and families. I have worked in a variety of private clinic settings as well as private and public schools and have extensive experience providing individual and group therapy services, as well as parent and school personnel consultation and behavior management training.
My approach to therapy focuses on empathy and compassion, insight and empowerment to help my clients live more gratifying lives. I believe in the transformative effects of therapy. Through compassionate guidance and evidence based methodologies, I strive to help my clients navigate social and emotional challenges, unlock their full potential and create meaningful change in their lives.
I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California of Los Angeles (UCLA), my Masters of Science degree in Clinical Psychology with a Marriage and Family emphasis from California State University of Los Angeles and my Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Florida Tech University. Additional training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Applied Behavior Analysis (BCBA) and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
TEENS & YOUNG ADULTS
Growing up often brings with it unique social and emotional challenges. The transition from adolescence to adulthood is exciting but it can be challenging as well. Therapy for adolescents and young adults can help address a variety of obstacles. Through individual therapy you can get support with anxiety, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, trauma, building meaningful relationships, effective coping skills, managing stress, life transitions, and grief and loss.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
ADULTS
Individual therapy provides a supportive space to work toward personal goals—whether it's managing mental health symptoms, fostering personal growth, or processing past trauma. Through a collaborative and compassionate approach, therapy empowers individuals to navigate challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives. I offer support in a variety of areas, including—but not limited to—depression, anxiety, grief and loss, stress management, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My goal is to walk alongside you, providing guidance and support as you navigate life’s ups and downs while working toward your personal goals.

GROUP THERAPY:
TEENS/ADULTS
Find healing in community. Group therapy provides a supportive and collaborative space where individuals can share experiences, gain insight, and build meaningful connections with others facing similar challenges. Led by a highly skilled therapist, group sessions encourage growth, self-awareness, and the development of effective coping strategies. Phasma Therapy Center offers Support groups, Skills based groups and Process groups for teens and adults.
Please contact us for current therapy groups offerings and schedules.

FAMILY THERAPY &
BEHAVIOR MANAGEMENT
Family dynamics are complex and bringing family issues into a therapeutic space is an opportunity to grow as a family unit and learn skills to support a healthier family system. I support families dealing with grief and loss, communication problems, managing conflict, and life transitions. I also have extensive training in behavior management and ABA and support parents and families who struggle with behavioral challenges, attentional difficulties, executive functioning challenges and learning differences.
“Members of a cohesive group feel warmth and comfort in the group and a sense of belongingness; they value the group and feel in turn that they are valued, accepted, and supported by other members.”
― Irvin D. Yalom
